Our Court Divisions
Area I Court
Located in Oxford, Area I Court serves the western portion of Butler County, addressing traffic, criminal misdemeanor, and civil cases within its jurisdiction.
Area II Court
Based in Hamilton, Area II Court covers the central region of the county, handling similar case types while ensuring efficient legal proceedings.
Area III Court
Serving the eastern portion of Butler County, Area III Court operates in West Chester Township and manages a full docket of misdemeanor, civil, and small claims cases.
